This meditation is about aligning yourself. Tibetan singing bowls, guided mediation and breathing techniques will be used to help you connect with your higher self.
You will need to bring attention to your heart, feel what is happening in your body, concentrate on your heart while focusing on deep connected breathing and visualisation
You will inhale the life force energy, then exhale or the energy you don’t need anymore.
